Office Hours

Both our main office and our Evans office are staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There is always a physician on call for medical emergencies twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The physician on call may be contacted after hours by dialing either of our office locations.

Billing and Insurance

All of our physicians are members of the University Health Link provider network. We are able to file insurance claims with many carriers upon receipt of proper authorization and claim information. Our billing and insurance office may be dialed directly at (706) 722-1197. For questions concerning policy coverage or managed care participation, you may wish to contact your insurance company directly.

 

• Augusta   -Our main office is located on the second floor of Professional Building 3 in the University Hospital Professional Center, at the intersection of Walton Way and 13th Street. Free parking is available in the adjacent parking lot.

• Evans   -Our Evans office is located in Evans Town Park and can be accessed from North Belair Rd. or from Hereford Farm Rd. From N. Belair Rd. take Town Park Lane until it ends on Town Park Blvd. Turn left and take the first right onto Associates Way. Our office is the first building on the right. You can also take Town Park Blvd. from North Belair Rd. and follow this road until it curves around to the right. Associates Way will be on the left after the curve. From Hereford Farm Road take Town Park Blvd. and turn right onto Associates Way, just past the intersection of Town Park Blvd. and Town Park Lane.
