Bailey joined the practice in 1979. He is a graduate of the Medical
College of Georgia and completed his internship at Ben Taub General
Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas,
and his Residency at Georgia Baptist Hospital and Scottish Rite
Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He also completed a fellowship in
Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at The Children's Hospital, Harvard
Medical School, in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Bailey is board certified
by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. In
addition, he is Clinical Professor of Surgery, Orthopaedic, at the
Medical
College of Georgia, and is a member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic
Society of North America and the Scoliosis Research Society. |

Fullerton is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond,
Virginia. He completed his Internship and Residency at Walter Reed
Army Medical Center in Washingnton, D.C., and trained with Dr. Jim
Andrews and Dr. Jack Hughston at the Hughston Orthopaedic Clinic
in Columbus, Georgia, following his Residency. Following a period
of solo private practice in Augusta, Georgia, Dr. Fullerton joined
Orthopaedic Associates in 1987. Dr. Fullerton is a Clinical Professor
of Surgery, Section of Orthopaedics, at the Medical College of Georgia.
He is an active member of the American
Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association
of North America. He is board certified by the American Board of
Orthopaedic Surgery.

Professor, Section of Orthopedics, at the Medical College of Georgia.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and
a member of the Georgia Orthopaedic Society. Dr. Carter has a special
interest in Sports Medicine and Total Joint Replacement. Dr. Carter
is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. |

at Baylor University Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Following this he worked as the Southeast Regional Foot and
Ankle expert for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines for 4 years. Dr. O'Shea is Board-Certified by the American
Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
